I've only seen bits and pieces but any time Stoke have had it within 30 yards they've either
a) blasted it 900 yards above the goal
b) completely over hit their cross when under no pressure from the full back.
Even the Delap throw I saw went nowhere near the goal. Awful game.

What an absolute pathetic display from Stoke. All this talk of a physical team as seemed to have been thrown aside for this game, I've not seen one challenge that can be classed as 'physical' and as for showing a presence, then it's non-existent.
I wouldn't mind if United had put a half decent team out, I could understand that, but to throw a team out like that and not even bother to put a couple of their so called quality players on the bench in case of the unexpected just goes to show that it is a foregone conclusion.
Just unbelievable!

Although Stoke have been pathetic, in a way they were doing ok, not conceding many chances. The problem though as has been said; fucking uselsess going forward. The rags are under no pressure defensively so can just concentrate on scoring, which they duly did.
We have to make sure we don't fall into the same trap of thinking it's ok just to stop Arsenal, as it's unlikely we'll succeed if we do.

Whitehead! Haha.
Then 3 minutes later Whitehead plays a perfect through ball for Berbatwat who goes close. Almost gave it straight back to them.

If Kenwyne Jones would actually try, Stoke could cause these lots of problems.
