A few decent bits of info in there.

Some high praise for Mancini:
“Mourinho may be the best Coach in the world, but he still needs to learn respect and how not to be so rude,” SuperMario told the Gazzetta dello Sport’s new side project Extra Time.

“Mancini is the most important tactician I’ve ever had. He will soon become the best in the world. As a man he is already 10km in front of Mourinho.”

Not such a big fan of the newspapers though:
“However, England is far ahead of the rest in terms of stadia and far behind in terms of its media. The newspapers are just trash,” he blasted.

Two of those three things are 100% correct and so like anybody else he should be allowed to say so. Mourinho, while being a very good manager is a disrespectful, selfish, egotistic cunt, and the English press really are very shitty indeed. No problem there as far as I am concerned.

Whether what he says is true or not isn't the issue for me.
a) he hasn't done enough on the field to be constantly interviewed
b) he is indiscreet

If I were Mancini I would call him in and tell him to focus on his fitness, stay away from direct criticisms of others, and make his private life private

I am amazed that you think he hasn't done enough on the field to be constantly interviewed!!

The 3 Seria A medals, Copa Italia medal, UEFA Champions league medal and Golden Boy trophy in his sideboard would suggest that he has done a hell of a lot on the field, especially as he is only 20 years old!!

Quote on skysports website is retarded.

"Me with Ibra and Cassano at Milan? It'll happen soon. For this year, and another, I will stay at City where I'm fine."

Ibrahimovic and cassano are done. Thats why there at AC with robinho. It's just a nice easy place to end your career. Corrupt as fuck and the players are all as soft as balotelli.

I'll admit I find Mario's interviews amusing in a knock about way with his various pops at people - "Rooney? Not even the best striker in Manchester" and is his seeming desire to join Milan/Napoli/Inter or whoever the club of the day is given Mario seems to like to keep everyone sweet back home.

No point taking any of it seriously just enjoy the ride

he cracks me up......sorry for the bits that are elsewhere but this is a fuller transcript than I've seen, from the Guardian. His turn of phrase is hilarious

Wayne Rooney has become the latest England player to be criticised by Mario Balotelli. The Manchester City striker previously claimed he had never heard of Jack Wilshere when the Arsenal midfielder finished runner-up to the Italian in a poll of Europe's best young players.

Now Balotelli has set his sights on his city rival Rooney. "He [Rooney] is a very good player but not the best [striker] in Manchester," said Balotelli.

The 20-year-old also claimed that he is as popular with Manchester United fans as he is with City's. "Do United fans insult me? No, they stop me in the street and say: 'Mario, come to us'. But I dream of beating them because I know how much the City fans care, they are wonderful with me."

The Italian, who is sidelined by a knee injury that may require an operation, claimed that Manchester City have a strike force that is the envy of every other club in Europe.

"Our attack of Balotelli-Tevez-Dzeko is the best in the world," Balotelli told Extra Time. "We are the strongest. Better even than Barcelona and Real Madrid."

Balotelli also aimed a jibe at his former Internazionale manager José Mourinho who, he believes, lacks the man-management skills of his current Manchester City manager, Roberto Mancini.

"[Mourinho] is the best coach in the world, but as a man he still has to learn manners and respect," Balotelli said. "[Mancini] is the most important coach I've ever had. He'll soon become the No1 in the world. But already now, in terms of human qualities, he is two kilometres ahead of Mourinho, wait, make that 10 kilometres.

"He continually repeats to me: 'When I joined Sampdoria from Bologna [early in his career] I already felt I was the best of all. Then I realised how hard I had to work to improve.' I've got the message."

Balotelli was also critical of Rafael Benítez, who succeeded Mourinho at San Siro last summer before being dismissed last month. "He just told me: 'You come after Milito, Eto'o and Pandev, fourth-choice striker.' I said: 'That's it, ciao.'"

I think he's a funny bastard! Absolutely love him.

This is the best bit of the interview - "(Milan owner) Silvio Berlusconi said that Cassano is the best Italian talent - he's wrong or doesn't know Balotelli.

Ok--he will be, I hope, a future legend. Yes he has scored goals for City, but he has been injured a lot, petulant on and off the field, and dives too much for my liking. I find his interviews daft at times, especially that one where he sees Messi as his only serious rival. I hope that comes true but it ain't where its at right now. If he gets it all in place I believe he will be brilliant, so I want to see him get focused.

Sorry but I have tough time imagining him reading Guardian and then going through Times and Independent after that.

I'm sure he can get his hands on Corriere Della Sera in Britain as well, if that's his thing.

100% agree with that statement. He needs to shut his trap and get on improving his own game, before anything else...

Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo has told Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli he should "speak less and play more."

Balotelli joined City from Inter Milan last summer and recently made headlines in the press by declaring Manchester United's Wayne Rooney was not the best player in Manchester.

When asked about the 20-year-old Italy international, former Manchester United star Ronaldo said to Gazzetta dello Sport: "He is a good player but he has to speak less and play more.

"In the Premier League, if he knows how to listen and wants to learn, he could become a great player. I hope he achieves that.

"However, today he puts many other things ahead of his career and this is not good."

Fake Ronaldo is far more of a cunt than Balo.
