and why bother to mention tevez, he never does anything ! a very fair point and also that Edin Dzeko is a right waste of space as well.

I like Robbie Keane. He's one of my all time favourite players and I always said we should have signed him from Leeds before we got Anelka. But at this point in his career and after not playing for so long, I really don't think he'll be happy to sit on the bench as backup for Tev and Dzeko. Especially as he's already doing it at Spurs with two or three worse strikers infront of him.

Why would I mention Tevez or Dzeko when they are neither shite, unwanted or injury prone?

I have always rated Keane and he always scores against us.

I am simply talking about a loan or sneaky bid to solve a short term problem as I don't have that much confidence in the reliabilty and availablity of the back up forwards we have for the rest of the season.

The Ched Evans line was a joke btw.
