This isn't a major criticism of Mancini, because obviously he is doing a good job, but it does frustrate me sometimes that he puts personal feelings before the good of the club. Ade should be playing a major part whether the manager likes him as a person or not, he isn't blind and can clearly see he's better than Jo, but he is putting his personal feelings to the guy before the good of the team, I think the same could be said with Bellers.

I think he's already made them. If Ade is here in February I don't think he'll be playing very often.
Obviously the manager's decision has to be final, but many of us would like to know what RM sees in Jo that he doesn't in Ade/ Bellers. I suspect most of this board wouldn't prefer Jo of the three. So either Mancini sees something we all don't see or else the issues are personal. And if it's the latter that could become a dangerous thing down the line.

Without going into too much detail, I'd suggest that this is nothing to do with footballing matters. Bobby fell out with Bellers but still played him, this one seems much deeper.

If it's such a deep problem then he shouldn't be training with the team. If he can train alongside them, he can play alongside them.

If you had a £20 mil asset would you want to stick him with the EDS or keep him ticking over with the 1st squad?
All's that can be said is that he is training with the squad but he's not even making the bench. He's also said he wants to stay and fight for his spot. That should tell us all we need to know.

That's why I say that Bobby will have some tough decisions to make, feels like a Mexican Standoff at the moment. As they say though, I'm sure 'it'll all out in the wash'.
