this is it, we will need 46k to shout us to victory next week. all the ground should be open, £15 all areas and full house.

Unfortunately some bright spark decided to charge £22.50 - the most expensive tickets we have had in the Europa League this season for a 6.05 KO.

After todays result I will be suprised if we can muster 25,000.

It should be at least 40k, 6pm included but the crowd will reflect the players on the pitch tonight - not interested and Kiev will go through.

The club and supporters of Manchester City are just not ready for successful football yet.

We don't need "46k to shout us to victory" just players who are committed.

A 6pm KO and £22 tickets = 25k max

Im sure the regular 25k Europa League lot will cheer us on to heroic "Hamburg style" failure. We will prob win 3-1 and all the "what ifs" will start.

Problem is its too late, the Horse is already cavorting all over the town.

That said if we end up finishing 5th again and back in this competition, I dont think Ill bother with it next season. We've been in the Comp for 7 months, and then the first half decent side we come up against, we fold and get our arses slapped.

6pm kick off = no chance.

Prepare yourself for a dull 0-0 or 1-0 win next Thursday in a half empty, no atmosphere ground.

You mean like virtually all Cup ties at home?

Got a bad feeling this one will be even worse due to the 6pm kickoff.

I think there's a good chance of that but no chance of a full house.

Agreed, but now is the time for the fans to show how much we want this, anything less than 35k would be embarrassing. Your team needs you!

If ever there was a team that was great at home but can't travel (apart from us) it's Kiev.

but we do need 46k and a full house, we need the team to perform 100%, but the team needs us there aswell, to cheer and shout our way to victory.

Hopefully a good win over Reading will fire us up again.

Apart from that 4-0 hammering of Beskitas in the last round of course.

In 8 home cup games we have scored 24 goals and conceded 4 - Is that not good enough for you?

The 24 goals have largely been banged in against far inferior opposition to Kiev, eg Leicester, Notts County, Salzburg. The piss poor Cup game atmosphere has been there all year for everyone to see, with top tiers closed and more life in a tramps vest.

If we beat Reading we can still feel positive, but winning that game is absolutely enormous now, we must not bollocks it up. Then we can have a go at Kiev but realistically its unlikely to say the least. Kiev are no mugs at all and have every chance of nicking one on the break against us.
