I may have a fiver on him scoring the winner, missing a penalty, and being sent off.

He's that unpredictable that your bet is not out of the question mate he may even bumfuck fergiescum on his way off

Thing is....I do understand is why some people don't really like him as a person/character

I can even understand why some people don't really see his qualities/talent/contribution as a player

What I don't understand is why the above people think that everyone should share their views and that they must doggedly insist that anyone who sees the positives to Mario is WRONG.

There's nothing wrong in seeing the positives, but I just haven't yet seen this brilliance. My only thoughts for Balotelli are for what I see on the pitch and as yet I haven't seen enough to make a judgement such as yours. I am however, hoping that he shows me what you and a few others see and that he turns out to be a real player but I can't see that happening while trying to shoe-horn him into a position that doesn't suit him. Maybe Mancini is after the next Henry?
