Hi, just curious to see if there is a huge queue at the ground and who at this point of time is stood in it?? Hope you have your warm clothes on and a flask of tea and some biscuits. Weather is ideal for queuing dry with a high of 11......:-)

I could go today but again there are loads of us wanting to 'be together' so it's Monday for me. Plus I'm in work at dinnertime and might run out of time if there are big big queues

what do you reckon, 5,000, 10,000 or more qualify today? Could be a big queue, but you can't trust the phone system.
Looked on Scum OS and they are having a ballot, now closed with results Monday. That's one way of doing it

I thought the club promised the fans that we would never have to queue for hours on end after the play-off final ticket debacle of 1999??
It's hard to believe that in 2011 and with unlimited funds available the club hasn't come up with something better than making it's loyal fans spend hour after hour stood outside waiting to buy a ticket!

For cup scheme members they should have just processed the tickets as per usual.

What is it with you and Carl about gingers?
So immature.
That's unfair, I don't think it has anything to do with maturity. It's entirely to do with a lower melanin content and imbalance between the pheomelanin and eumelanin pigmentation.
In all seriousness if you can't laugh at yourself, well that's what Carl and I are here for.

I've just been down to the ground to get a heads up for tomorrow.I could have got my ticket today but I'm waiting to tomorrow till my mates qualify.
There are around 500/600 queuing there. This was at 10:20. Some have been queuing since 2am. One bloke I spoke to had got there at 6am, and he was 100 in the queue. He got his tickets as I was there so he had been there for just over 4 hours.
The queue starts at entrance W, where you need to complete a form and all the eligibility details will be checked. You then go into the ground where the refreshments stands are open, and then you get to go back outside to join the outside queue.
I believe they are splitting everyone into 2 queues. One for Cup scheme qualifiers and one for loyalty points qualifiers. I think the loyalty point qualifiers get fast tracked through for their tickets.

Was having a goosies arround stokes site (they have a seating plan of the categorys) and theyve opend up one of thier suites as a temp ticket office for peak times and will have a ticketed system so you get a number and then can go wandering round. Aparently having entertainment on to - first time ever for Stoke!
So i will be making my way down to sunny Eastlands soon for a picnic!

They have a ballot every season ticket holder who wants to go enters and the lucky ones are drawn out and get a ticket. They do away games the same.
