Keep trying ..... oh, and get used to the music of Elbow as well, as you'll be on hold for about 10 minutes when you do get into the queue.

The Goat's right.. just keep trying m8. I got cut off a least two or three times before I actually spoke to a human being - actually took me a little by surprise in the end.

Probably to give the ticket office staff a day off and to concentrate on Matchday sales for Sunderland?

I wonder if they would allow me to buy a ticket for Wembley a few points short of 3000 so i dont have to fanny around taking time of work on Monday.
I guess i'll find out on Satdi.
I wish i had my own OSC so i could sit with all the crew.
Also im guessing the coach idea never took off?

I can't believe you have to go through all the options, listen to the woman telling you what's what, and only then do you get an engaged tone. That's really poor City. Also a moneyspinner as you've paid for the call by then.
