I read it in the 'i' as well. Hopefully it's not true. There was a rumour about it some time ago as well though.

Hopefully all of them. They're still in good nick and klinsmann and lineker would make a great partnetship.
of course - it;s all paper talk though.
lineker is under contract at the bbc.

At least he doesn't bottle it in big games...he turns up for every single one of them and puts classy performances in.

Seedorf, 57, is a free agent at the end of this season, not because of some loophole that nobody else has spotted, or because he's refused to sign the many contracts on offer, but because he's really old and mainly no longer in the team.
I hope the numer quoted is his jersey number, not his age - but it does also say that he is
really old

I suspect Mancini wanting Seedorf is like me wanting Kiera Knightley - not going to happen. In my case, because I'm not rich, famous or handsome. In his, because he won't be City manager.

So this is how city are going to get past the Financial FairPlay Regulations - a midfield comprising of Vieira, Seedorf, Pirlo and Gattuso whose combined pension earnings can have a positive impact on our profit/loss accounts thereby showing the club to be making a reduced loss. GENIUS!!
Phase 2 of the plan involves enticing Jens Lehmann out of retirement and with him possibly roberto carlos and fat ronaldo - the team will pay for itself!

If anyone on this site thinks Seedorf wouldn't offer more than Barry, even two seasons from now then they are off their fucking tits.

Seedorf is still a good player in a league where the pace is slow like in Italy.
But the prem?
He'd get ripped every game, just like Vieira for us atm.

Yeah Barry has all the pace and mobility for the Prem, and at his age will only get quicker
