I can easily rip from You Tube and put onto DVD. There are some City app videos appearing on YT now, so clearly someone can rip City app (main site) video. Anyone know how? Please delete if this is inappropriate.

Can't see how you can rip it. I have got some free software which will record video as it plays on the screen. Does the trick, but is fiddly and only records video, not the sound. It may do sound if you get the paid version, I'm not sure.

When you've D/Led and installed you need to click on toolbox, then record video.

Is a way, but is not 100 % working.

First of all you need Internet Explorer. Then you must let the video buffer all the way, while you are watching it on IE. Then go in Temporary Internet Files (a hidden folder) and you'll find the video there. This works with every site that has video stuff, but it works only with IE, not other explorer.
But this goes with videos, not with live stream.

I'll give it a go. Thanks.

Clip Extractor is excellent for YT, btw.
