Gordon McQueen on sky sports news just said, with a straight face, that it's the best semi final performance he's seen and that the 3 best players in the world are playing in the 2 semi finals, Messi, Ronaldo and Rooney. I've still not stopped laughing. What a pissed up twat.

Fair play to them to get to this stage but they have well overahieved reaching the semi finals.

On the back of this half-arsed display by Schalke it's easy to see why they are currently only 10th in the Bundesliga. The rags look good value to go throught to the final but they'll be in for a shock at the step up in opposition when they play Real or Barca (and get battered)

Schalke were worse than Blackburn in the first 25 mins yesterday.. but for the whole game. Made the rags look like they were on another planet, which as we know so well they are not. Pathetic.

No worries Barca will take the piss out of them again.
