Is this a raffle or are you and your mate trying to make a profit?

I've got a holiday coming up, and I don't even have money for that, so could only stretch to £100. How I'd get down there is another matter.

If im being honest i wouldnt pay much more then face value. Couldnt bring myself to do it.

More likely to turn up at a guys house, give him face value and tell him to shut his fucking mouth.

Blues ripping blues off to see something so important is the beginning of the end.

do you reckon?

not being funny just curious, as if I'd gone to the trouble of getting a ticket that I couldn't use, that other people couldn't get hold of (due to points or whatever) I can see why I might want a bit of something for my trouble. Nothing daft but enough for a few pints. And I'd certainly see someone right for that amount if they were sorting me out with a ticket I wouldn't get otherwise.

To a mate I'd do it for face value (or less even) but for a total stranger I'd be expecting something as a bit of a "cheers mate"

I'd expect nothing less from a "suit". :-)

There are still tickets on sale through the club, are there not?

Does this Blue not have any Blue mates or family he can help out?

Fucking pisses me off all this spare ticket lark. I'm in a similar position having booked a holiday but got a ticket also. I'd promised it to my mate who used to follow City home and away before he moved to Greece (coincidentially he's now Aris' marketing manager).

My other mate who I go to the games with (who also has a ticket) has been trying all sorts of cunts tricks in the last week to stop this lad from coming, including saying that his brother wants to come "to keep an eye on the kids" who we take (yet wasnt bothered about looking after the kids vs United), and on Saturday night the cunt text me from Vegas mithering about the lad in Greece......and then I find out he had offered it to some cunt who he had just met in a bar.

The fact is, if the lad from Greece can't get flights, we both know of at least a dozen blues who would love to come, yet this cunt is offering the fucking thing to any cunt to make himself look like the man, and fuck knows how much he is offering it around for - it won't be face value.

I'm absolutely fucking raging about this, but the relevance to the post is that the guy will know deserving blues, he just wont have the fucking balls to scalp people for it, so is happy to accept "offers" in order to get as much as he can.

Unfortunately Ashton you`re living in cloud cuckoo land. At this level supply and demand take over any kind of moralistic high ground. This isn`t a league game it`s a cup final. I do hope ypu get a ticket mate but due to the fa and thier innability to get anything right, this will happen every year as it has in the past.

I think Ashton has summed it perfectly in his 1st and 3rd sentences for me. I might be getting a spare and will only charge face value of it to one of the three lads I know that needs one. I take Ant's point that it would be nice if they bought me a couple of beers but it's not mandatory for me tbh.

If i got a ticket this way whoever i got it off would have my 100% gratitude and i would buy them a few pints at wembley and a few more at CoMS if i see them there too. It's not like i'd be ungrateful of the favour their doing me.Just wouldnt pay over the odds.

If the boot was on the other foot, i can honestly say i would sell it for face value with a smile on my face even though i'm currently redecorating and saving for a 5000 trip to florida next year and for next seasons SC and i could do with a little boost.

What about the aspect that Blues who will not actually be going to the game but getting their ticket to someone who hasn't earned the Loyalty points to get there?

Why not just leave the ticket for the next person in line?

I'f I had the points to get a ticket but could make it I would get the ticket and keep hold incase a friend or family member couldn't get one. No way I wouldn't go get it though

Because I do not know the next person in line, and I would prefer to make a gift of my ticket. I earned my points, so why shouldn't I be able to give it away to who I want? (plus my purchase earns me more loyalty points)

Doesnt make it right, but thats what happens nonetheless with away games week in week out - people buy tickets on other people's SC and many of those with the most loyalty points hardly ever go to the away games.

if any of you trustworthy cunts has a spare for me...then PM me.

I am a suit who will pay over the cunting fuck odds if you are a legit fucler, and i won't apologize for being said suit.

Also, Ashton...yr welcome to stay in my spare room when you come to FL. i should be divorced by then at my current run rate or so happily married that we'd share our bed with someone. Just sayin. Yr an attractive guy is all. Nothing gay. Bring the missus tho please. thanks.

Also, i just learned that my wife sometimes stalks my posts on mcf.net and it's probably not been the healthiest thing for my relationship. #retarded
