Gonna go down about 3am as I've heard there's few tickets left and people are gonna be camping out and clamouring and stuff.
Anyone got any advice as to the best places for parking? Checked on OS, which says stadium is available from 6am, which presumably applies to the car park too. What's the craic with ASDA car park, anyone got any pearls of wisdom perlease?

I know it's a thread about queueing, but feel free to all rush at once, I'm off to kip soon!

It's a fair walk but down the road from the Townley ,past the school and as the road goes downhill it becomes free to park. As I said a fair walk but safe and free. The City (CoMS) car park hasnt been open at all in recent days anyway as everything has been sent to the North car park.

Can't recall if there are gates at the entrance to the North Car Parks.
Best of luck. Is it worth trying to hone tonight before 11pm as it would save you a lot of time?

Cheers, didn't think I'd be able to phone today as my points total is for tomorrow, but just in case I did try. Was in a queue for a while and then it just cut me off. Bed then early it is.

I got there yesterday at 6am parked in Car Park number 2, where there were already a good hundred or so cars parked, so presumably the gates are open there before the stadium opens. Also you can park on the road at the bottom of Joe Mercer Way on a non-matchday, there's no yellow lines.

I went down earlier to drop my card off with a mate who is camping and there was already 20 or so people there at the main gates.
That was at 11.30pm.

Got there about half three. 50 odd people ahead of me. The guy at the front of the queue had been there since 8.30 the previous evening. That's not queuing, sitting on your todd staring at the stadium, that's stalking. I figured hehates his wife or summat.
Let us in the ground at 6. It had been cold outside but it was even colder inside, setting up camp on the concourse. One guy compared it to a concrete tomb, we were a jolly bunch like. Ended up standing with a guy from Chorlton who goes to away games with a mutual friend, and had a good laugh. Some bloke lent me his chair and I managed to get some kip, but it was perishing. Bit like the blitz, but without the bombing and that.
Started serving hot drinks at 8. Ticket office opened at 9. Was expecting a cat. 3 ticket, as the form we had to fill in with our details and such when they let us in, had the previous two categories as void with SOLD OUT written on em. But the rather attractive ticket window girl said there were some ones left on the second tier, £85 but what a result!
Never been to Wembley before. I've waited some time for this.

The Higgometer needle currently points at four (and hopefully counting...)
