Rags v Shalke

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Rags v Shalke

Postby Original Dub » Wed May 04, 2011 6:28 pm

Baconface reckons he has it well wrapped up and obviously a lot would agree, but 9 changes? Hmmm...

Can you imagine if Shalke get an early goal? Ah fuck it, its all the same, because the rags will get crucified against Barca.

I have a lovely little feeling that they're gonna lose on Sunday and if that happens I don't think they'll win anything. Meanwhile we're organising an open top bus parade.... ah bliss...

Anyway, back to the here and now:

Predictions?

Ooooh that's a bold prediction...

By prediction I meant what score do you think it'll be tonight?!

Surely United can't top their performance from last week - THE GREATEST EVER EUROPEAN PERFORMANCE???

McQueen at it again - along with Messi and Ronaldo, Rooney is of the very best in world football.

He said it last week too. Knob.

I'd destroy his daughter though.

Rags 1 Schalke 3

Raul to grab a brace, then Valencia pulls one back to give them hope of going through, but they'll concede another in the dying moments of the game, due to a Jurado long shot.

How's that for a bold prediction? ;)

Schalke put up on of the worst performances I have seen in the CL in a while, they would have had no complaints if it ended 10-0 last week, good job united were abolutely shocking up front during their best ever european performance!

The worst team I've ever seen in the semi final. Although they are 10th place and if we got drawn against them in the fucking QUALIFYING round I'd fancy us...

Then again, the BEST KEEPER IN THE WORLD might have something to say about that.

My bollox, he looked more like Gomez tonight. Two big fuck ups. Very good keeper. Best in the world right now?

NO FUCKING WAY.

On one I agree, what was the second one? Surely not Anderson's first goal, it was from inside the box with a defender covering him and not letting him see the ball right away.

Anyway, he might have made a mistake or two tonight but he also did a couple of world class saves. If he's not the best, he's the second one.

played their second string(ish) against a team that needed to go 100% all out for a 2-0 win at least. Baconface is a fucking jewell, cannot wait for one of our managers to have that prowess, big bollox and downright arrogance to make the opposition feel like shit and then show them they are. Fucking hate the twat but admire him at the same time, not good for my health and the sooner he croaks it the better IMO
