City are delighted to announce there will be a price freeze on prices next season for all fans over-65.

Commenting on the recent announcement, Ian Cafferky, Chief Commercial and Brand Officer for Manchester City, said: “Our Club is built on fans that have cheered from the stands for decades, and seen it all. They embody the spirit of True Blues, and as a Club we have an obligation to protect our past as we look to the future.

“Freezing prices for our over 65s fans will ensure the next generation of City fans have a bridge to our history, which we are immensely proud of.”

The rest of the details will surely be released in the next day or so then. Hopefully any price increase will be no more than about £20 or so.

I think big increases are on the way for Level 2 people this year and next as they move closer to the corporate tier of the ground.

I was thinking of getting my son his first SC this year, he's only 3 but i dont want to wait too long and him be on the waiting list behind some spiky haired hipster wanker for 3 years when we start winning big stuff.

What were the prices last year for an adult and kid around 107/109. Dont want to move too far from 110 but dont want drunk dickheads near him either.

Is that likely to be just in the Colin Bell and East stands, or are you including the Family and South Stand Level 2 in that too?

Who's gonna take him then ;)

U think they were 90 in the FS and 140 elsewhere. Not expensive atall and for me, probably well worth paying to get the SC and points going early.

"Chief Commercial and Brand Officer' eh? Blimey.

There seem to be a lot of highly paid jobs (or non-jobs) going on the admin side these days. Smacks of empire-building to me.

What the fucking hell is that supposed to mean

Do you have to go to some special finishing school after your marketing degree to be able to talk such utter crap?
