Bale Out

Bale is out for the rest of the season according to this.....couldn't see it anywhere else

sorry if already covered
"If we fire our manager after just one bad season - We'll become Chelsea"
"If we think we can fix the problem by buying expensive players - We'll become City"
"If we remember the good times to entertain us during the bad times - We'll become Liverpool"

So, keep calm and do it the United way

"We invest in young players, That is what we are good at — we’re not like other clubs who can spend fortunes on proven goods. We know that Manchester City are going to pay stupid money, pay silly salaries and all that. We can’t do anything about it. We concentrate on what we can do to try to bring players in for the right reasons. We invest in those who will be with the club for a long time, who will create the character of the club, who will create excitement for our fans. We are very proud of that and we are going to continue that way" - Alex Ferguson 14th May 2012

I love this bit:

but having met the boy a few times and spoken to him,

Nice that he openly admits to tapping up players now. :)

He's faked the injury so he doesnt have to face his new club tomorrow.

God I hope he never signs for us.

Unbelievably over-rated player imo. Fast as fook but not much else.

I'd rather recall bellers.

On topic though, glad he's out. While over-rated, him not playing will weaken tottenham, just not massively.

I don't buy into all the hype but he is more than speed, looking at his crosses before he went off vs Wolves he can cross better than anyone we've got.

P.S Modric and Crouch also doubts although I fear that is just mindgames:-)

If Modric is out they haven't got a pot to piss in.

He is Tottenham this season, everything comes through him, sod bale.

Fingers crossed he doesn't make the cut.

Thank God Huddlestone's not playing.

Not because he worries me, just because I hate watching the fat cunt.

Hmmm Modric out? Now THAT is actually something that will favour us immensely if true... more so than the Bale injury I believe. He is their David Silva who makes the team tick.

I think we will sign him.

I dont rate him (Yet) He has only been good this season in the Champions League (less than 15 games) and he was nearly sold last season. But he is a talent, not there yet and too soft, but he is a talent.

By the way, where did you get the information that Modric is out? Physioroom has no information on that.

The thing with Bale is.. I dont actually think hes THAT good. BUT.. his team seem to think he is and they play better when hes on the pitch.
I really don't know if I'd have him at City.. not for the stupid amounts of money thats being suggested no chance.
