Can anyone advise how serious the restrictions are likely to be based on the semi?

I'm looking for advice by the way not some smart arse dictionary definition of the words.

Do you get searched by the old bill or are they just looking out for lads with bags full of ale?

From a law perspective could we get nicked if we get caught drinking once onboard, or will the booze just be confiscated.

Talking to someone in the final ticket queue, they had got the train down, to be told it was a dry train. However, there were no issues with them drinking the bottles of coke they'd taken with them. They were even allowed to take them into Wembley, once they'd decanted them into pint glasses.

Luckily, nobody checked the Vodka content of them.

they have these big blue bins they dump all the ale in.

I thought only the semi trains were 'dry'.

I booked to returns today and there was no mention of the trains being dry on Saturday

Vodka and coke is a pretty common drink over here. Mixers are how young people get pissed up - girls especially.

I suppose it is different in the States. Now I think, I've never seen anyone order a vodka and lemonade ('Sprite') in a bar over there. Interesting.

I prefer Vodka & Coke or lemonade without the Coke or lemonade.

I prefer Vodka & Coke or lemonade without the Coke or lemonade.

I can't drink vodka but I'm a fiend for fizzy drinks. I've blotted my copy book with pretty much all spirits.

every time we play in london they seem to be dry trains

pre mixed mojito in bitter lemon bottles its the way forward

i think it's shocking that you can't get leathered hours before you even get to the ground. if any seriously alcoholic ticket-holders agree with me,

give me your ticket and stay at home x
