Kia Joorabchian on Talksport earlier

Was on talking about Hughes (I didn't realise he represented him!) but then went on to talk about Tevez.

Basically he was saying that Tevez was really proud of his achievements at City and they have not been looking for a move away since the problems last December (which he says were resolved), however he is expecting Carlos to sort his family issues out within a fortnight, one way or another, and then make a statement. To me he seemed to be saying that he believed that the most likely situation would be for Carlito to stay put next season and claimed that for him (Kia) that would be the best thing for Carlos as long as he can sort out the issue with his kids.

Listed Pro's as
City with Tevez are one of the favourites for the title next season
The fans have taken him to their hearts
Proud of having achieved City's first targets and would be great to go the next step
Knows that the next City captain to lift the Prem title will become an ultimate legend at the club
Has an excellent relationship with Sheikh Mansour

Listed Con
Misses his daughters

It's the first time I've heard him interviewed and I was surprised that he sounded quite sensible and considered in his opinions, not sure what I was expecting and he's hardly going to slag everyone and say he's angling for a big pay off. The proof of the pudding will of course be which shirt Tevez is wearing when the window closes again

He's the archetypal cretinous agent, but even reading between the lines, my natural pessimism takes a jolt at reading that. I am so trying not to assume Tevez will be here next season. It would be too too good. Carlito, if your translator is reading this, stick around son. It's ours for the taking. Let us grab it.

The key part of the interview for me was that he stated that he expected Carlos to make a statement in the next two weeks, regardless of the decision that is good news in itself as we need to be able to plan for next season early enough.

Obviously you can take everything else he said with a pinch of salt, he was adamant that it was about the kids and nothing else but then what else would he say. I suppose it was also encouraging that he spoke highly of the Sheikh and of Carlitos relationship with him but as I said, I only believe it if he's still wearing a City shirt when the window closes

What I want is a decision by Tevez and a fast one. And once they made a decision, fucking stick by it. If he wants to stay, good, but then I do not want to see the fucking drama we saw last December again and I am afraid it will happen again.

Part of me thinks we should get rid of Tevez and his baggage now while we can still get a shitload of money for him (hopefully) and get Aguero or someone else of that caliber in. Because this shit will come up again, and again and again.

I personally think what has happened is.

Kia convinced tevez he should move on last december (looking for his own payout)
The club told the two of them there not going fucking anywhere, I'm pretty sure ADUG could muster up a few scary looking suit's to use some big words and scare the shit out of kia (who i see as a slimy little worm trying to outmanouver people on a whole other level, kind of like the scums vs barca)
Kia realised he was waaay out of his depth.
Tevez realised he is onto a good thing with city.
We won the FA cup and finished 3rd.

Then again he could fuck of in two weeks.

Does ADUG even exist now? I thought it was just a quickly thrown-together compamy name for the Sheik's takeover. I wouldn't mind an answer to this if anyone knows for sure because the papers still regularly use the acronym.

They own a shit load of stuff don't they, not just us.

I thought it was basically the trading name of the sheikh and his family/rich mates.

From everything that I've read or heard since December I honestly believe that there was a big fall out with someone at City, probably Cook or Marwood, probably about getting time off to go visit his kids. I think what happened to change it was that Khaldoon and the Sheikh went over their heads and came to an agreement that Tevez was happy with, I think I'm right in saying that family is very important in the culture in the UAE so they were probably more sympathetic than Cook and Marwood who are 100% business focussed.

Heard this last night. Quite encourage by it.

The presenter was quite pompus about the English leagues being more lucrative than Spain and Italy and Kia kept mentioning that he misses his daughters in Argentina to which the presenter followed up with 'but theres no money there'

I dont think money is the issue as Tevez could go back home now and live like a king for the rest of live.

Maybe I am being niave and will be leading the pitchfork mafia when he signs for Inter but I would wish Tevez nothing but the best if he went home.

The answer to Carlos' problem is perhaps more straightforward than it would appear to be; he brings his current bimbo to England, impregnates her and starts a new family. That way he can see some of his kids all the time and some of his kids, some of the time.

If his current femme fatale doesn't want to play along with being a family reproduction device, we find him a nice English girl who will.

Problem solved; simples.

Yeah, Ronaldo just did the same thing last year and I see no reason why Carlos has to settle for less. :)

The reason KIA has made so much money is he is perfectly capable of sounding completely honest and sincere and intelligent and reasonable, and then 2 mins later doing the exact opposite he just said (allegedly). I would not believe a single word he says
