In my mind mate, in my mind ;-)
And on tele ;-)
Just wondering if I can get the Final in before the Mrs gets home from the Take That concert (at our stadium, by the way). Just don't tell me the score!

I am still in that mode where all of a sudden I think about it, then let out this little chuckle, well it's more of a uncontrollable laugh. More so when I see a rag top.

Can I just say, how good is Barry. I like the under-sung but in this (the semi btw) he's been awesome. This is probably been the first time that I've watched it as an analysis point and you can't help but say that he's been an absolute rock. I like to watch players, even the quietest, and he does something that no other players do. He started our charge foward, he showd hinself for every ball, he forced the play that led to the goal, and he forced it out to the last.
What a player (for a fat-boy), that I still cannot believe makes us tick. No wonder he's the first on the team sheet, and England as well, he really does make the team play.

I wasn't, but we were!
PS. The Mrs is on her way home (with her mates), time for bed for me but the game will soldier on.

I remember thinking the same about Barry in the WHU home game. Always available, always supporting, switching the play simply and intelligently, usually a good touch, fills in gaps when needed.A superb team player who doesnt always get noticed by fans ( except for negaitive reasons) but fellow players love him.

The exception that proves the rule! Just jealousy on his part of course.

I wish I could notice him more on the field. He's just so anonymous. In fact, the only times I do spot him is when we are completing 1 touch passes. He'll always take 2 or 3.
