What a Joke. Because he's resigned, all "charges" dropped and his innocence is maintained.

So its like someone stealing from thier company, but because they resign, they won't go to the Police. What a Joke.

Not that different than any of the corporate bank fraud from the past 10 years or this guy:

http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/ne ... y-20101129

who exploited a whole environment and 1,000s of workers (and got a $30 million compensation package). Sadly its just how the world works

Wasn't Warner being looked at for handing out bribes, but who were these people he was handing them out to?

So corrupt it's now become a Mickey Mouse organisation, something Blatter promised he'd irradicate. Strange that it only became more apparent once he took the helm. Also strange is how Bin Hammam and Warner are tarred after both went against Blatter yet he walks away without a single real allegation surrounding him.

It's an Old Boys Club for Corrupt Old Boys, none of whom want to be evicted from the trough that is full of 'Great gifts of Pleasure'. Let's just hope that those outside ThiefA who want to see the dictatorships toppled, finally get their man.

Because Jack Warner has resigned, the official statement reads:

"As a consequence of Mr Warners resignation, all ethics committe procedures against him have been closed and the presumption of innocence is maintained"

YOU COULDN'T MAKE THIS SHIT UP!!

If I were bernstien, I would remove England from the Fifa "FAMILY" and fuck the lot of them, corrupt bastards

Ok, it could be argued that we in England are holding a grudge against FIFA because of the way they took the piss out of us with the World Cup bids (not strictly true as we totally despised them well before that) but what I want to know is; all you Johnny foreigners out there, how come your countries aren't as sick to the back teeth of these fucking lowlife, scummy, disgusting, corrupt parasites as we are? Why are you towing the party line & hanging us out to dry?

Why is it just our FA with the backing of our near neighbours who have had the balls to try & do something? What's the fucking matter with the rest of you? Why aren't all the various authorities in other countries phoning up David Bernstein & saying 'we're with you, let's get together & tear these fuckers down' ?

Come on, where are you; lets be 'avin you.

Im gobsmacked by this - you couldnt make it up

The fact that Blathers only competitor stepped out of the race a day before the election after corruption allegations is reminiscent of Idi Amin or that twat in zimbabbwe - no actually zimbabwe is more open

Trouble is, fans arent directly involved at a club level so no one gives a fuck - people power is the only way to revolt against a regime like this but actually no one really cares enough

laughing stock the fucking lot of them

If someone grassed on me for taking a bribe, then I resigned whilst I was suspended pending an investigation. I might be wrong here, but I somehow think the POLICE and the company I worked for would not down tools, applaud my work and say that as I have resigned I am innocent and the investigation is closed.

Its corrupt throughout, its a horrible organisation, yet until more associations stand up to them and make a stand, they will continue to take the piss. If the UK teams and ROI took a stand to withdraw, Germany would follow as they feel the same, thats some big name nations telling them to stuff it. The big name sponsors will get twitchy arses and also start to think twicve about backing things and the house of cards will start to tumble. It needs someone to make a stand... I want that FA to be us.

I'm more inclined to believe that if we made a stand the other Football associations would just go "fucking great; more places for us in the Champion's League".

Just to add to that: I recon Platini wants Blatter's job & most of the other countries are up his arse, so will get favours from him when he gets it & join together to shit on us. We should fuck them up whenever we can.

Platini's just Blatter's bitch. Remember how he was backing him when he was talking about changing the Qatari's bid criteia to January, then backed him again when they talked of the Prem having a winter break to help facilitate it. To be honest, I think that Platini can't wait for him to stand-down but isn't stupid enough to bite the hand that feeds him, as we've just seen.

And remember mate, this is FIFA not UEFA, Blatter couldn't kick us out even if he wanted. Unless you're talking about us opting out of both?

Some other countries have far worse internal problems than those within FIFA, and there's far less 'people power' that can affect national FAs. British people are quite lucky in this respect; the FA can't recommend to the government to deny well-known protesters visas for travel abroad, or deny supporters' groups tickets for games, both home and away, for vocalising dissent- a problem faced in Bosnia, and, I guess, many other countries where travel abroad is a privilege, not a right.

A second factor you have to think about is how many countries have a supporter base that truly care about this issue? FIFA has 208 members, but besides about 20% of European nations and 50% of South American ones, I can see few countries having a national fanbase motivated enough to encourage their FAs to put the cat amongst the pigeons at FIFA. That's about 15 member states in total, around the same amount as the number of votes in favour of England's motion to delay the leadership vote.

I think you need to be a member of FIFA to be a member of UEFA. Not 100% sure on that one, though, but there's some kind of convoluted chicken & egg scenario involved in UEFA's constitution.

Anyone got a list of FIFA representative delegates? It'd be interesting to see some of the bastion's of football who decide where World football is going.
