Sky fixtures?

Because of planning my next trips to UK football grounds atm....
Does anyone know, when do the TV stations (sorry for just mentioned out Sky in the title, not an expert on "your" TV rights) sort "their" fixtures out?
Lookin´especially for the Spurs away and Wigan home dates, should be my next two games overseas....:-)

last year the first batch of sky tv games were released on the 6th july. They usually give the ones for next year at the start of Dec...

Little dickie bird tells me today that our opening game against Swansea will be moved to Monday 15th at 8pm for Sky's Monday Night Game.
