Our new captain

Postby freshie » Mon Jul 04, 2011 10:51 pm

Who do you think Mancini should/will give the captaincy to?

For me it's got to be Vincent Kompany

I think it will be Vinny n he is very deserving of that honour I would be equally happy with Nigel de Jong both brilliant examples of what a captain should be

Easy question, easy answer.

You might get some people who want de Jong, but I think the majority will agree with Kompany on this.

I don't think there's any question who will get it.

Kompany. I really hope that even if they somehow manage to convince Tevez to stay or if it turns out that he simply has to they strip him off the captaincy for good now!

The day we make a knucklehead like Balotelli our captain would be the day when you can clearly see football had gone to hell in a handcart.

watch the tunnel cams and drawer your own conclusions - tevez when skipping - not a word - Kompany whilst skipping against tottenham - led the team out with the battle cry of "come on lads lets show them how strong we are" - and we all know the result
foregone conclusion to me
