I think City should have been asking Valancia for this lad Mata, guess he doesn't fit in with Mancini's plans. I didn't mind too much when Valencia's boss said he wasn't for sale but now it looks like Arsenal are in for him.

Top talent but too similar to Silva. Wouldn't bring anything new to the team. Nasri is a much much better fit.

Regardless of what I said in my last post I would still love him obviously. I'd prefer Nasri - but i really wouldn't give a huge fuck either way. If we sign Mata then you'd have to presume other teams would just give up and give us the title.
Would love to see the look on Wenger's face if we signed him.

I would sign Mata and drive AJ to Everton myself. But I suspect Valencia have put about a City story to raise the price with Arsenal. And to be fair, if you are the MD/Chairman, Mancini cant have all the sweets in the shop.

id fuck mario off personally and bring mata in. with his attitude i just dont think mario will ever reach his potential.
