Really? I'll have to watch it again because I don't recall the assists.

Was he disguised as Gareth Barry for the first assist?

I also thought he was no where near motm.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't get peoples problem with AJ. Sure he wasn't MOTM today, but I thought it was a good performance. The nature of his game is that not everything will come off, but if you look back he provided a lot of goals last year, and scored a few as well. I almost feel like some people might be on the verge of making him the new 'boo boy', and I really don't think he's been that bad, the whole thing confuses me a bit to be honest.

Ok, make that 1 goal and 1 assist. Good enough for me.

SWP was MoTM for me, definitely trying to prove he's worth keeping. Carling Cup captain and rotation/supersub for me.

Presumably it was Airtricity that decided at the stadium

So we both agree that he wasn't man of the match but you think I have a problem with him... because I said that he wasn't man of the match!?

What the hell are you on??

I don't think he meant you have a problem with AJ.
I've noticed the "negativity" towards him here too lately. I've also criticized him a bit but there's definitely a place for him in our squad.

I didn't mean you at all mate, sorry. Just other people's views that I've read, guess I phrased it badly.

spot on swp all the way, johnson was poor in the 1st half and swp our only decent player. Id say its because johnson was longest on the pitch and got better as the game went on? or else like most of the crowd only got into the stadium 20mins from the end of our game and then decided it!!

the sponsors choose motm according to the commentators (the commentators suggested they would have picked swp)
