When we signed Aguero, I was wondering who leaves excluding Tevez (whos not going to leave for nothing less than a exceptional bid). Guidetti is apparently our 4-5th striker. I cannot see Balo accepting being 4th in the pecking order, behind Dzeco, Tev and Kun.

I'm almost certain Balo will start on the left of a three quite a bit....so he'll definitely get games.

.....Aguero.......Silva........Balo

...............Dzeko/Tevez........

Something like that.

I really can't see this happening. Taking football reasons out of the equation, Mario needs to be here with Daddy Bobby. I'd hate him to go elsewhere and end up going off the rails. His only chance of being kept under control appears to be here.

There's an article here about a loan to Roma, on that ever reliable source goal.com

Forgive me if am wrong, but didn't he just ship his family and friends over here?? I will be mighty pissed IF there is any credence to this. The lad needs BobbyManc from what I gather and unless we sign another striker, this story is total BS.

It's all rumour based on his touchline argument with Mancini - he's not going anywhere.

Absolute bull rumour. Press just sticking the knife in after the argument with Mancini. I am pretty sure Marwood, Cook and Khaldoon would have a word with Mancini if he now wants to send one of his 20+ million pound signings out on loan.

He's the most talented footballer in our squad and don't forget he was MOM in the cup final. The haters would love him to leave.

Was wondering- has there been any comment from either party on this? It genuinely does seem as if he thought he heard a whistle, but at the same time I'd be just as angry as Mancini if that happened in a 'real' game. Haven't been on here so much recently, so haven't read the outcome.

To me this seems possible.I should imagine that a rich stubborn young man which Mario appears to be, the argument he has had with Bobby will need a lot of diplomacy. It would not suprise me to hear that Bobby and Mario have reached some sort of impasse and need a bit of time apart from each other.

In my opinion, it should be a storm in a teacup- Mancini should apologise for overreacting once he sees a replay, and Balotelli should apologise for playing to the apparent whistle. Job done, move on.

I think we need to come to terms with the fact that although Mario constantly tells us he needs mancini, he hasn't improved one bit as a person or a lunatic since he's been here. i like balotelli a lot and want him to be here for years, but i have accepted that no matter who he is playing for the bad will run parallel with the good. mancini or not.

I don't think he can go out on loan, for his own good. If he doesn't prove this season then I think it'll be him away by Xmas.
