Yaya Toure song suggestion

Postby twosips » Tue Aug 02, 2011 12:04 am

Was just listening to this and I realised how awesome yaya's name would be over it.

Gotta admit that this was sound fucking awesome been sung by 45,000 people...

Arcade Fire - Wake Up.

When it kicks in at around 48 seconds...Yaaaaaaaaaya yaya yaaaaaaya touuuuuuuuuuuureeeeeeeee etc etc

The toure bit coming in at 54 seconds ish.

God it'd sound fucking huge. Watch that video, turn it up nice and loud. Amazing. Euphoric. Would love to hear that being sang around the ground.

With the amount of tone deaf amongst that 45,000 I could see murder charges being laid.

I've always thought you could do "rock the bells" for yaya

Yaya toure is hard as hell
Battle anybody I don't care who you tell
He excels where utd fails
Yaya toure must rock the bells

On the coach back from both Wembley trips, we had the following:
The tune to "Hey Jude"
about 3:07 in

YAAA Ya Ya YAYAYAYAAA YAYAYAYAAA Toure!

and to the tune of "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye"
at the start
Same sort of thing to fit in with the song.

Not very creative, but we were very drunk and very happy
