What are your thoughts on the upcoming season, what should be our aims and what are you looking forward to most - League, Champs League, Cup runs, players etc.

For me it's the Prem, I just think we can win it this year.

Ha ha ha, just watching Soccer Saturday and Mers looks like he's going to top himself and predicting that they won't make the CL if they don't get the required players in.

I think we'll only see this if we're behind in games and the lads take it upon themselves.

The way they went 0-2 down was just oozing class.

Barcelona don't have anyone who can put eight-yard sitters away when unmarked with the sheer panache that smalling showed. And the through-ball for the late goal was far better than anything Messi could ever dream of.

City v Swansea after the break, let's see what they've got to say. I'm not expecting much now after Stelling's just read an E-Mail from a City fan who's accused them of being anti-City because they've not talked about us yet. He's just nearly flipped saying we're on after the break and his face said everything as the adverts kicked in.

Some flaring nostrils me thinks.

So Le Tissier thinks we'll finish "closer" behind Chelsea? How much closer than you get than level on points and 9 goals in it?

And as for seeing that Balotelli clip again for the first time in a while, how anyone could think that was anything but him kicking the ball out after hearing a whistle is beyond me. But that's another thread...

Mers: City will finish 3rd, 4th or 5th if Carlos leaves.

I must admit I am excited about our chances this season but I still worry people will jump on the players to quick and yes Roger I am talking to you.

Let's just get behind them create a top class atmosphere at home and away and just enjoy the ride.

Let's see where we finish in may before we over react
