The online seat planner

We're going to come up for the Wigan game. It now transpires that you can choose seats online once again (as opposed to 'best available'), but you can't see the planner until you log in and are 'eligible' to buy that match. In my case that is the 23rd, as I haven't bought one of the blue member cards which never seem to arrive.

But the age of the 'seat-counter' may be gone. The fella who counts all available seats trying to guess how many are left. I wonder if ST holders and people who have already bought seats can see the planner?

If you haven't bought a blue member card, I think I may have nailed down why it never seems to arrive.

Well, whilst waiting to speak to customer services to clarify what we cardless lepers have to do, I did hear (10 times) that:

"All blue member cards will be posted out w/c 15th and 22nd August".

If anyone is thinking of booking the system seems to actually work fine now. Available to me (logged in) on 23rd August at 9am for the Wigan match. You can choose your own seat easily (once more) and, touch wood, it is just possible the club may have cracked it! (For a bit).
