' Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle has conceded he will miss out on landing Manchester City winger Shaun Wright-Phillips.
Coyle has all but admitted defeat to QPR in his bid to sign Manchester City and England winger Wright-Phillips.
"Shaun is a fantastic player but he's had some good financial offers.
"If someone offers him more than we can, good luck to him," he said. '
This seems to suggest that he knows Shaun is leaving but personally I really hope he's not going to QPR for the money. Unless they've got a lot of excellent transfers coming in, I can't see them staying up & therefore he's in for a miserable time, in front of about 250 people, whinging like fuck, possibly with a sacked manager at the end of it. If he went to Stoke for instance, he'd have a good crowd behind him & perhaps a cup run again etc, also play in Europe & be a hero there. Don't chase the money Shaun.

His dad chasing us for the money was the start of his fall I'm afraid .... he sadly didn't play anywhere near the level we know he can do after that all came out.

QPR are putting together a squad that is capable of staying up in my opinion - especially if they add swp to the mix

funny 'cause i remember Mancini saying it was up to SWP whether he left or not. sure, he may not HAVE to leave
but he knows he wont get
that much playing time here anymore. so i guess he kinda was forced out in a way.

Can someone explain to me what a retweet is and why people seem to want it from Shauny?

Seems like a sensible move. SWP will get playing time and a longer contract. And we can pay Aguero, Tevez or Yaya for 3 months!

When it's requested by the original tweeter, It's a bit like asking a DJ for a "shout out".
When the retweeter does it off their own back, it's because they've seen a Tweet by someone else that they think is worth showing to their own followers.

Asking for a retweet is an irritating plea for attention and should be banished from twitter, I've had to unfollow shauny because of his easygoing attitude to retweeting the pathetic wankers who ask for one

Will miss Shauny, one of my favourite city players over the years.Hope things work out well for him at Qpr im sure they will.
However i would strongly question his decision to join a club with Sir Joey within it's ranks.Surely that alone would have been enough for him to steer clear.

I would be happy with him at QPR although Warnock is not my favourite I have a real soft spot for the team. Used to watch them a lot when I visited my cousins who were big fans back in the 70's Loftus Road always had a great atmosphere. Fabulous team as well back inthe days of Masson Bowles Francis Given etc.

Apparently it was a factor in him signing mate. They used to room together at City.
Oh and QPR offered a better contract.

I seen someone ask a PL player (can't remember who) for a retweet because his mum had just died of cancer. Fcking twitter would be the last thing on my mind if that happened

Crouch & Bellamy now being linked with QPR. I'll reassess my relegation prediction if they land those two.

SWP has twatted that he's not gone anywhere & is still at City, after twatting last night that it looked like he's gone.
He would have a spot empty for him in the Chump's lg squad as a club trained player if he stayed.

Just had a look at 'the other place' to see if anyone there had heard owt & one bloke commented that he's not happy with his severence package & that's what the holdup is. I could imagine that being true as that would explain it.
