I don`t and don`t allow the kids to. Banned family and friends from buying red clothes for them. The 5 yrs old loves red so it has now backfired on me. Only saving grace is that his school sweater is red so I get round it that way with him.

I do, in fact i have a red t-shirt on now. If this is a thread about "i don't wear red because United wear it" you need to get a grip and grow up.

No problem with red clothes although there isn't a lot of them about, so it wouldn't be hard to not wear red. I actually don't think I have any red stuff but thats just coincidence (I think) unless subconsciously I deliberately don't buy them.

My missus looks class in red.

No. I hate the colour and will never wear anything red. An ex girlfriend bought me a red t shirt for my birthday. I threw it in the bin

My missus actually thinks it's hilarious that all my shirts are blue. The only red I own are our away kits.

I don't wear anything red, would never have Vodafone mobile, Sharp Electronics no way.

At work last year they stopped our final salary pension scheme and opted to go with a AON scheme, I had serious objections to this but had to relent in the end.

Next task is to find a new courier service !! Fuck DHL!!

This may seem childish & my 11 year old daughter is amazed at my dislike of the colour red, but at my age I ain't going to change my outlook!!

Cheers fellow BLUES !!!

Never ever ever ever ever.
Now, I don't mind if my wife or daughter wear it, but my son is not allowed.
Also my wife and daughter may not wear red on match day. Can't risk them fookin jinxing it :)
Berbatov wins golden boot, spends following season on the bench while his team loses title on goal difference. Well played, Fergie.

I've got an old Alfa 155 in Alfa Red.

Because of their racing history, especially their link with the name of the great Tazio Nuvolari, I always think Alfas should only ever come in red and not be seen in any other colour. Mind you, the traditional racing colour of my favourite cars of all time, Maseratis, is Blue, so perhaps I ought to change vehicles...........

Yes because I'm also a Salford Rugby League fan, and some of us hate the rags not just because we support City, but also because they stole the nickname 'The Red Devils' from Salford (a nickname the Rugby club picked up from away fans on a successful tour of France in 1934 - rags started using it after Matt Busby wanted a more intimidating name than the busby babes after Munich Air Disaster, 1958) The Original Red Devils haven't received a penny from them for it. Pitiful.

You make your choice, we make ours. I don't see anyone telling you you shouldn't wear red.

No, I don't wear red. I did once wear a red tie for a friend's wedding because I was best man and the bride asked me to. It is something I feel strongly about but not so strongly that I would impose it on other people.
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

Have got a red England shirt that I mostly wear for dossing about the house now and obviously a few Red & Black ones but otherwise no. I think it probably stems from when I was a kid and I had a red American Football sweatshirt (New England Patriots) and a few people thought I had a Utd shirt on, scarred me for life :-)

I'm not one of these "oh my God he played for Scum 12 years ago dont let him near my club" neanderthals. But I never liked red - United, Communism, Labour, Liverpool. Always liked light blue though, and with no family history in football (dad was rugby league) I'm sure it's part of the reason a 7-yr old boy like me chose City. As well as being an awkward child. Just before we won the league.

Great choice.

Mind you there's been one or two (!!) painful moments since about 1978 though, but now it's seeming like a good choice again!

Apart from the one in your signature then?

I wear red, but not on match day. I have one red car and one blue car.
