Just saw some of the EDS lads watching these on the "Owen's First Day" video on the OS

Some good action.....Sporting Lisbon looked very good indeed beating Liverpool 0-3 at Anfield. (That Raheem Sterling kid for the dippers looks like a useful player tho). Couple of cracking goals from Sporting (in fact 3 belters....worth watching to the end to see the third!)....scousers played a lot better than the scoreline suggests, quite unlucky at points.

Am hoping that we get proper commentary like this on ours rather than FZ Danny being a plum by the pitch

Liverpool v Sporting Lisbon http://www.youtube.com/user/nextgenseries#p/u/5/zrm8W5D5IIc

Ajax v Aston Villa http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NbESX1k-Qoc

Molde v Wolfsburg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JbgAiC8Mdic&feature=related

Looking forward to seeing the game against Barcelona after watching these....be v interesting to see how we measure up

I thought one of the stipulations of the tournament was that games had to be played at the first team's stadium, but our home games are at Ewen Fields?

Definitely not a rule, not looked at all the games but I know that Spurs are using Brisbane Road, Barca aren't using the Nou Camp and Inter aren't using the San Siro, so definitely not just us.

Though I have to say that I think it should be brought in as a rule as, even though the stadiums would be half empty, it's all part of the experience that they're wanting to give these younger players.
