SWP - Chuffed

SWP had a belter again today for QPR, makes me really happy that the guy still has it left in him.

I think the very top level was just one step too far for him, kind of proved it at Chelsea and with us in the last 2 seasons. He is standing out in an average side, like he did with us the first time round and under Hughes.

Not arsed about him coming back to bite us, but really glad he looks happy again. Weird seeing him and Barton linking up well too!

Even with all that anti city bollox off his dad he's been a great service to us SWP. I didn't see the game today but glad he's gettin off to a flyer in his new colours..Ye your right! It is kinda funny him and Barton back playing together. I can see them two being involved with alot of QPR's goals.

I'm delighted for him. He did look more like the old SWP in pre season but as he's not going to get many games for us, it's better that he finishes his career in style rather than spending the years sat on his arse. Good luck to him.

Wish he had stayed. I know he could still do well for us

He's a confidence player and needs a run of games to get going. I also think he loves being the big fish in a small pond where he can shine.

Far too good to be warming our bench so glad he's found first team football. Wish him all the best.

Never understood why anyone would want to be a big fish in a small pond. I'd be really uncomfortable if I was a fish in such circumstances.

I'm not sure if there's irony in there too subtle for me to get on a Sunday morning.

Because at QPR he feels like one of their star players and Shauny has always thrived in that sort of situation. I

Happy for him. He was brilliant in pre season and showed just what he is capable of.
Hope he has a great season.

I wasnt happy to see him go but I am starting to see that it was the right decision. A great servant of the club and I wish him all the best. Just not against us

Well he's sort of flattering to deceive really. End product not turned up yet.
