http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/15055253.stmIt's madness, he's come out in the media and labelled one of his own players an 'absolute disgrace'
Yes it was silly and reckless challenge but no need to humiliate him in the press like that. Zabba's made several challenges like that- players learn from it.
Reminds me of the whole Redknap- Bent sitiation.

The same manager who when he was Sheffield United manager instructed his own players to get sent off in order to get a game abanonded.
The guy's a complete cunt.

Massive massive knobhead. Disgrace is a strong word, especially about someone you're supposed to be managing and supporting. If my boss told me I was a disgrace I dont think I'd react very positively.
Warlock likes to think he speaks the cold harsh truth when no-one else will and is proud of his on-the-line statements but yet again he's crossed right over that line and made himself look a tit.
Him and Joey are a match made in wanker heaven.

Yes but that game lead to a great quote I heard on the radio...
Commentator 1 (talking about the scum-stoke match): "Peter Crouch scored a goal now for his 6th BPL team.'
Commentator 2: "Which is about 15 less teams than Richard Dunne has scored for"

If you watch the match of the day footage, when Traore attempts to walk off the pitch, Warnock pulls him back and you can see him saying to him, "What did you do that for, it was fucking stupid that, it was fucking stupid...." couldnt work out the rest of what he said but he was basically telling him how stupid he was to attempt a tackle like that in the dying minutes of a match.
But I agree, to publicly criticize him like he has is a bit out of order in my opinion. He'd had his say at the time, that should have been enough. Wonder how Traore will react to that....

Imagine if Mancini would have labelled Boyata as a disgrace in the media after his dismissal against Arsenal. You just don't do that to your own players.

warnock is a character who is overall good for the game.
no harm in pulling a footballer with an over inflated ego who does something daft down a peg or two.

There's no character involved in getting players deliberately sent off, laying into your own player live on air, pissing and moaning about your team getting relegated for months on end and generally blaming everyone else for anything that goes wrong. He's a horrible, bitter, moaning twat.
He's a blight on the game and the sooner he retires or gets run over by a bus the better.

hahah, class mate.
PS - i love warnock. he's often spot on, and clearly a big football fan. would rather have his comments than the likes of arsene "you aint seen nuffink - right" wenger.
if mr traore can't get over a bit of criticism, public or otherwise, for what was eminently a stupid act...
warnock is a great clown to have around, long may it continue.

Ok so if Kompany or Aguerro get sent off tomorrow would you like Mancini to come out to the media and say they are a disgrace to football?

firstly - he didn't say he was "a disgrace to football". secondly - if kompany, aguero, or anyone elsde for that matter did something fucking stupid, then i'd hope that they could take it on the chin.
also - do you know armand traore? how would you manage him? maybe he needs a kick up the arse? maybe he needs an arm round the shoulder? maybe he needs a payrise?

It's totally unprofessional. Ok Traore was stupid but find me a player who hasn't committed a silly reckless challenge in their career. To call one of your players a disgrace in the media is outrageous, what's the point? Say it to him privately. He's not a disgrace it was just a silly challenge.
So should Mancini have come out and called Boyata a disgrace?

no - he was a trainee making one of his first appearances against a very good team. you seem to have missed this bit, which is disappointing as warnock is a far more succesful football manager than you are:
"also - do you know armand traore? how would you manage him? maybe he needs a kick up the arse? maybe he needs an arm round the shoulder? maybe he needs a payrise?"

Ok change that to Zab against Liverpool. Is he a disgrace?
Well one thing's certain, he won't react too well on being publically called a disgrace by his own manager.

and how do you know that (for "certain")? assuming you don't know armand traore - presumably you do know pablo zabaleta?

I hate it when people say you can't question a football manager. Can we never ever question Mancini? Or Hughes? Heck Stuart Pearce is a far more successful football manager than any of us so we can never question his tactics.
Are you telling me you've never made a judgement about a player? The level of hypocracy is ridiculous.

what's hypocritical about saying that i disagree with you - and that warnock is a very successful manager "relatively speaking". and a mad loon that i think is good for the game?
you think he was wrong to criticise him publicly - i think it's refreshing. if a little naive.
pop your balls back in their sack.
