Saturday then.
Does de Jong start the game?
And if he does, who would you drop? Nasri or Yaya?

I think Yaya needs a rest. Keep Nasri on, but Im not sure about the Nasri / Silva combination. I dont think we get the best from both when they play together.

A small part of me thinks he should name Tevez on the bench, and if we're winning bring him on for the last 5, and let him get the reaction he deserves, then get the squad on the bus, lock Tevez out, and drive off, leaving the little illiterate shit to make his own way home from Blackburn.
Back to the thread, Id bring Milner straight back in for Yaya, Balo in for Dzeko and Dejong in for Barry.
Oh and Lescott straight back in and beg him for forgiveness for dropping him for dopey bollocks

From what I've seen of Blackburn this season it won't matter who we put in midfield - the ball will be sailing straight over their heads.
Without doubt the most long ball one dimensional team I've seen this season. We will defiantly need the grit of NDJ and Milner in midfield imo.

----------------------Hart----------------------------
Richards-----Kompany--------Savic----------Clichy
--------------------De Jong---------------------------
-------------Milner---------------Barry---------------
-------Silva-----------------------------Aguero------
---------------------Balotelli-------------------------
Subs:- Pantilimon Lescott Kolarov Yaya Nasri Johnson Dzeko
I know Savic may seem strange but I don't think Lescott or Kolo are much better and Savic would benefit so much from getting a more regular game.

We need all of our strongest headers out there in defence on Saturday. Which means the back line must be MR - VK - JL and..AK? Not sure about the last but this is defo a game for Micah instead of Zabba.
Otherwise, I dont know. Silva has to play though

Milner, NDJ, and Balo on for Yaya, Aguero, and Silva.
Zaba and Kolarov on for Clichy and Richards.
All of those 5 need some rest.

Savic helped us keep a clean sheet last weekend (literally), so gets my vote and Zabba Is a good shout too.

I'd drop Yaya, preferably off the nearest cliff. Barry has been good so far this season (apart from a couple of glaring mistakes) and gets through a ridiculous amount of work in every game. But Mancini thinks the sun shines out of Yaya's behind so will probably drop Barry meaning the Nige has to do one and a half men's work (as Barry has in his absence) when barely back to fitness.
As Bob has also said that he'll drop Edin and we are thin on numbers the team is starting to pick itself.
I'd be maybe tempted to give Kolo another start as the sooner he gets back to fitness the better and Blackburn are hardly Bayern! Personally I'd be willing to put Savic in now, he looks better than Lescott and Kolo already

I would go for:
- Code: Select all
Hart
Richards Kompany Lescott Clichy
Milner De Jong Barry
Silva Dzeko Balotelli
Subs:
Pantillimon, Nasri, Kolo Toure, Yaya Toure, Savic, Johnson, Aguero
And bring on Nasri and Aguero, around 60 mins if more offensive powers where needed - Probably Johnson as well.

Dont you listen to anything Mancini says? Dzeko will be warming the bench.

Just because Dzeko was fumin' at being subbed? That's ambition - a good thing. He needs more of it, Balo less. :p

It was disrespectful and he will be dropped...and quite right as well.
Expect Dzeko to come out with an apology.

unt!
oops bit carried on from another thread there..
Methinkin everyone has gone a bit doohlah trying to deal with the loss to München and the shit storm shock.
I cant see any players needing a rest this early in the fuclin season for starters, the opposite i'd say.
Anyways it shouldn't matter who the fucl Bob puts out v BB. Any side he fields should be able to outplay them 3 times before half time with their legs tied together.
I'm not sure if the best policy with Yaya is to get him going by playing him or by leaving him out, iether way though he is a liability imo and will single handedly allow BB 3 goals in the second half if played. *** If your reading this Yaya, next time you play mate, try and get between the lads strolling towards our area with the ball and the goal, you could see if you could nick the ball of them, but either way just standing in the way would be at least an improvement. Ta good luck ***
Hopefully Bob will be pragmatic and play Dzeko, and Balo up front with Silva, Milner and Zabba and DeJong behind them, Micah and Kolarov/Clichy and obviously two centre backs in there too.
Let that midfield show the rest of them how you are supposed to run around and make the effort for 90+ mins
