He will be out for 'at least 2 weeks' according to Platt.

Groin?

I don't speak Romanian unfortunately, so the stream wasn't very informative.

Yes, it's a groin injury, that's all he said.

Let's hope two then, could be worse if the injury is bad enough.

At the time I thought he'd just caught a blow to the funzone, but when he went off I sort of assumed.

I usually hate the international breaks, but this time I am glad of it

i think Balo should play over him with Dzeko against Villa after the break and bring back Aguero for Villareal and United the following week.

Let's hope he'll be nice and fresh ready to make his comeback at the swamp and give the rags a good hiding then.

platt's just said not as bad as first feared. Wouldn't be available for next weekend, but could be close for our next game.

Should keep him away from argie squad, bit of time off, will do him good - my comments, not Platt's, by the way

Seems pretty symptomatic of the way things have been going for him of late.

I didn't foresee myself being relieved that we have Balotelli a few weeks ago.

We shouldn't really need him at home for villa anyway. They haven't been great away from home and they won't really have happy memories of the etihad.

If it was going to happen im glad it happened now, aguero will be back for the swamp and he will batter the rags the way they have been defending. When was the last time someone scored a hat trick for city at the swamp?.

I've had a groin injury for the last 7 months but carried on regardless. Went to see the Doc on Tuesday and he now says I've got chronic groin strain which means I can't do the things I'm used to.

Wish I'd done an Aguero and sorted it early, I now find it hard to get out of bed in the morning; the pain is immense.

Just read this on Twitter
Kun had to leave the field with a left adductor pain. Will be evaluated to determine the extent of the trouble

Villa are unbeaten.

We will need everyone, especially our best forward to get goals against them.

So possibly construed as meaning that the (hopefully) former No:32, can not attempt to poison Agueros mind?

Out of interest, how does a players £xxx per week work? Sorry if I am being naive, but is the £xxx per week like us normal working people x 52, or is it £xxx per week for the duration of the season? If so does it include or exclude international breaks?

Aguero's tweeted that he'll know more tomorrow.
