went to the germany belgium game last night. was in with the belgium fans (who think vinnie is a god), atmosphere was ace. germany were far better in the first half, but belgium missed some great chances. considering the average age of the belgian team, they looked fantastic - lukaku and hazard in particular look shithot. on the way back, managed to bump into vinnie and fellaini. vinny said it was the hardest game of the season. in french, which surprised me. fellaini seemed a very pleasant fellow, even when they both got accosted at manchester airport...!

Even not being lookmum comes in a very poor second tbh.. I mean let's face it you look like you are really intentionally doing the thumbs up there.. I'd go as far as to say you look like you might have been practicing it before the shot.

I did a thumbs up in the photo I had taken with Damon Albarn. I look like a 27-carat bell-end in it.

Some folks on here really do think they're cool, that's a bit sad though

Cool was so last century, we owned cool in the 80s and 90s, like music, that used to be cool then as well

I'm in Team Arjan as well. Nothing wrong with getting bit overexcited. At least you aren't showing any gang sings which would be the case with most white males under age 25 in similar situation. Imagine Pretty Boy Lee and Markmakaveli in similar situation. There'd be some scared people in Compton if they saw those pics.

Personally I am a fan of a thumbs up....especially whilst driving as a thank you. Funny thing is that it's clearly not something people in this part of the world have seen very much as they appear to love it when they get one from the pasty white fella.

What I particularly like about Gary's version is how high up his hand is.....like he wants to marry up the elevation of his thumb with the general height of his co-photographed. Nice work Herr Van Schotte
