Chelsea were bad enough when they bought their first title in 50 years but Man City have completely taken the piss.
The fact they sit on top of the league after spending 300 million plus is frankly a disgrace. There is no equality, what's the point of real conpettirion if you can be plucked out of obscurity and become massive over night.
City and their fans would have to live with the shame that anything they on to achieve is completely hollow. It's not that long ago they weren't in top flight, I doubt their fans shall care though.
It was brilliant to see a team like Bayern that believe in the more traditional concepts of football beat City comprehensively. It was almost a battle of Good vs Evil.

Whoever said money can't buy happiness isn't spending it right.

The Dean Sturridge-style 'Man City' phrase as opposed to 'City' or some insult shows that the poster has never been close to Manchester football.

that post just screams that scum fans:
a) are totally blind to the fact that there dominance has been built on money and the abuse of it
b) are unable to see the delicious irony of how their words and behaviour just emphasises that they are the 'new bitters'
c) are reeking of fear

Just heard the camel-faced one has been left out of their Champ's league match - I wonder if he will be tweeting about it?

It's banter. Posters on here say ridiculously stupid things about United. Will make beating them on Sunday all the more special.

It's not banter. If it was, it would be designed for us; banter would be exchanged between the two sides. That is a moron, talking shite to his similarly bitter, mentally challenged friends.

All of United's signings since 1965 have been bought off the back of money generated by the sale of rancid meat to Manchester's schools.
And that's true - I kid you not.

Your only part right Kladze, besides the selling of rotten meat to the children of Manchester, there was the slight matter of robbing the dead and surviving victims of a well known air crash, in todays valuations the fund collected from almost every ground in the country would run into many millions, it seemed to have got lost somewhere between that nest of light fingered bast*rds an the people it was meant for.

Yeah I knew that s well mate - the condemned meat thing is a matter of public record though, just a shame Louis Edwards had time to snuff it before it became a legal conviction.

It's not just United fans, it's alot of other club's fans - it's jealousy pure and simple.
We would be saying the exact same things if it was Villa, Newcastle, or Tottenham.
Whenever I hear some massively rich consortium is about to take over Liverpool or whoever, I slightly brick it; I only want us to be able to afford the best players in the world. Everyone else can fcuk off.
CTID.

It wouldn't bother me if any other clubs suddenly had millions and millions to spend...especially if the scum or pool were given it...know why?...because all of a sudden the UEFA "fair play" rules would suddenly become smallprint and the goalposts would be moved again...and people like david gill and rumenigge and the bloke who owns pool would suddenly STFU!!...lets all have oil money...lets see the daily mirror furnish their rag loving articles with snide comments about "arab cash" and "megabucks" and "you cant buy team spirit" then!.....as a footnote, Chelsea didnt bother me when Abramovich took over..the only thing I didnt like was at one point they seemed to be stockpiling players and I felt that wasnt needed....we've brought a lot of players in, granted, but we were starting from a lot further back than Chelsea.

Actually, am in an argument with a rag fan about this at the moment. Can anyone suggest an article from a well-known source about what United did to its players in the aftermath that I can show him?
