Milner should be in the starting eleven at the moment ahead of Nasri. He's so direct, we need him.

The real difference seemed that he really wanted it whereas Nasri looked uncommitted.

Milner should be in the starting 11 and on his recent form, could take any one of four different players' spots.

Agreed, this season he has been the player we all thought we'd signed. Deserves a good crack of the whip now.

Milner HAS to be in for the derby

Agree with all. On present form he should have started but let's give Mancini the benefit of the doubt as he might have been resting him for the derby.
However after Aguero came on, I was shouting at the screen to bring Milner on in place of Nasri (who was horrible tonight) but Mancini delayed that move until the last 10 minutes. Important thing is that it paid off.

dazby doesn't like it direct. He likes it when it kinda does an end around and sneaks in from the rear. All types as they say.

Milner and Barry were excellent as subs. However give Villareal credit they played really well and cancelled out Nasri and Silva when defensively they were at their freshest. Milner was awesome creating space for Zabas pass. If Milner was Spanish we would be drooling over that play but as usual hardly a mention on Sky. Just carrying on slagging off Dzeko. Mind you Graham Souness is talking quite alot of sense.
