I thought I'd get involved in all this twitter bollocks as I'd heard that players like Zabaleta often post a lot of interesting comments about City.

In the few months I've been on there everytime I seem to check it there are posts by Aguero that just make me respect the guy even more, from what he writes it seems he is a level headed humble man as opposed to the ego's we're accustomed to, and he genuinely seems to love it here and I love that such an unbelievable player is loving life at City. We've had our fill of dickheads and mercenaries such as Robinho, Adebayor and Tevez, but I can honestly say that Aguero excites me more as he is the first big name forward to walk into City as a cup winning side and it seems that he is here to play for the shirt and not the bank.

I have a feeling he will be an epic entry into both Citys history and also the history of football worldwide.

I agree with this & the same can be said of Silva, who (although we didn't really discuss it that much on here) said only last week that he's happy to stay here ahead of moving to Barca or Real Madrid; a huge vote of confidence for our club (& boring, two restaurant town).

I think we're actually building a full squad of players who are happy enough to see City as their final destination in football (if we desire to keep them). Balotelli is the only question mark in that regard but even he seems to be happy with the idea of at least seeing out his full contract.

From this settled attitude comes a proper team.

I also think I recall Nige saying he was happy to stay here for his career?

Then again these "statements" from players mean fucl all if Barcelona come knocking on the door. sad but true.

Kun posts in 2 languages too, which is nice. He's getting an English version of his website done too.

Could do with a hat trick from him today, get him back in the headlines.

Zabaleta posts in two languages as well & always is pleased when we win even if he hasn't played
