Your confidence barometer

Where are you at? Think we'll get any silverware? We've lost two games this season. The African Cup of Nations may have an impact, we haven't had any major injuries. Look into your crystal ball. What do you see?

Champs league a massive ask and the Prem I think we may stumble at the back end of the season. But that's not to say I'm not getting giddy about both competitions. F.a and carling cups should be the ones this season. C'mon Citeh......

I think we can retain the FA Cup and win the league, I think the League Cup will be bailed on against Arsenal and the Chumps League means we have to at some point beat Barca and I don't see that happening.

I agree with this. Three more wins will guarantee safety etc etc.

I think we can as well but can is the key word here and several others can as well.

As things are now we are not good enough to win the European Cup.

I've gone for the league. We're clearly the best team AND squad in it.

Cups are what they are, and cup ties have a habit of throwing up freaky results, so anything can happen. We might win one of them nonetheless. I doubt it'll be the ECL though because Barca lie in wait and we're still way behind them, especially over two legs.

It's still too early imo. We should be top at Christmas, if we are, its in our own hands and up to us to hold our nerve. We have a manager that knows how to do it, and several players that have won leagues around the world.

We wont win the champs league, Barca have their name on that for the next few years, we can win the FA cup if the draw's are kind.

From our first 11 games we should walk the Premier League, but we WILL have a bad patch, and its all about how we get through it. Keep winning when playing shit (the ultimate mind fuck), or lose and start falling out with each other...

It depends on us imo. I've voted for the Prem because I don't see us dropping off our current standard for any long periods. A few games perhaps but when we're on our game, we're the best side the PL has seen since Arsenal's invincibles & we will win an awful lot of games. Even if we do fuck up here & there, I can't see our rivals not fucking up just as much between now & the end. Even if/when we lose the five point gap, I can see our oppo's then slipping up & us getting it back; we should be able to match their points totals from now on.

I haven't voted for a cup for the simple reason that Bob & the players want the league so much, they may not take the cups so seriously. If they do, then they may land one.

I'm actually confident we can beat Barca, seeing as we've done it before. It's Real I'm worried about.

I can see us scoring against both but I can't see us beating either. I'd love to see us play Barca though, even if they fuck us up. I'd just like to see what they do & learn what we're going to have to do to take over from them. Would be good for the players & Bob to have a look 1st hand.

If we do end up in the UEFA cup, then I fancy us to win it.

I just can't get confident, it will takes years to overcome the conditioning of the last 3 decades

In reality, the chances of us winning anything are against us, but nowadays not by much

Fuck me, I just went to oddschecker to have a look and I talk shite

10/1 to win the champs league

6/1 to win the FA cup

3/1 to win the carling cup

And........ We are odds on favourites to win the premiership!

I went for Premier League and League Cup.

Usually I wouldn't be too arsed about the League Cup, but now I'd love to add it to the set after last year's FA Cup win.

Went for a treble, title and the cups. But really the title is the one for me. The cups we have to be in with a shout if Bob can juggle the squad well enough.
Chumps, well although I would love us to get out of the group and progress I'm just not bothered about it compared to the title; I see it as a brilliant training experience for the squad and little more. Like others though it would be fantastic to line up v Barca but unlike others I dont think Barca would have it all their own way and I'd put it at a pretty close call in each game, but maybe Barca over the two legs. Aguero took them apart on his own in La Liga don't forget. He and Silva are used to a slightly more direct style of play.. the type that fcuks Barca up when they think they are on top.

We have had a fantastic start to the season in the prem, it will get tougher but then this squad has leeway to get better, two of our potentially key creative players Nasri and Aguero have yet to find their feet in the team. That might not even happen this season, but my guess is that it will making City stronger as the season goes on.
I also think that both Milner and AJ will continue to improve and by the end of the season whether we are in the CL or not City will have re-defined english football. The pundits will all be scratching their heads saying 'New Era' and stuff and calling for teams to re-asses their approach to things. Everyone will be talking about Mancini's methods and that others need to adopt them fast.
