The only replacement for Herman is Cunty McCunt-Bollocks of the clan McCunt.
However Villa would be a decent striker for us.

They talked about it on Football Weekly on Monday. First reported in a Valencian newspaper apparently. Here's Guardiola denying everything:

If that's true then Villa's days are numbered at barca, been reading and listening to some stuff recently about Messi and Barca and apparantly he has major influence there inc a say in tactics and teams, Ibrahimovich reckons he was shifted out because messi decided he wanted to play centre forward as opposed to on the wing and that Messi didnt like him. there's more details to it but cant remember off the top of my head, either way i'd take Villa but not at silly money.

Thats why zlatan has to be top dog in any club he plays for, because noone likes him so if a guy with as much influence as Messi is in the same place he'll get ousted. Sure hope we never buy him(Zlatan)!

Me too. I think he's shit. I know some like him, but I don't know why. Villa, though, yes, please.

Just think Villa is knocking on now (late twenties) and a bit too old for us to be thinking of bringing him in.
Still think Tevez will end up at Real Madrid, with us doing some sort of exchange plus cash deal for one of their players (Ozil perhaps ??).

Mourinho wont let Ozil go - he's not been there long and still has the potential to get better.

I really doubt it, Messi doesn't seem to be like on of those players.

I think there's are good chance the deal could be done. I just have a gut feeling Dave silva is having a word. If we were to get him he would cost 35-40mil easy. What a strikeforce that would be...

villa is a bit over-rated, yes he is a good player but is he better than mario or dzeko? and is he not 30 now?

Yes to your first question (better than Mario and Edin) at the moment. Whether he could do it in the Premier League is a different matter and at 30 next month, he's on the decline for pace if nothing else.
I'd take him for under £30m as he has no resale value but I couldn't see Barca selling for that.
