What will we do about Europa, it's a more than strong possibility now.
How do we approach it, we cannot afford to let it affect our league form IMO so what's the plan now?

We should try to win it. A pot's a pot.

Not sure what the rulings are regarding registering players, but assuming we can change the whole lot then put the kids/reserves in. Suarez, Rekik, Bridge, Onuoha, Henshall etc etc.
Let everyone else concentrate on the League, FA Cup and if we're still in it this time next week the Carling Cup.

Don't count us out yet..Bayern will play a weakened side and Villarreal could easily get a draw at home

If they haven't change anything in the last two years, 3 players in, 3 out.

If we beat Arse in CC QF but fail to qualify from UCL group stage imo it goes like this Prem > FA Cup > Carling Cup > Europa League.
whether I still have the same opinion tomorrow when I'm sober I do not know but now I need to sleep

Unbelievable !!
Two seasons ago we had one of the best atmospheres EVER at the new stadium against Hamburg so, presumably, everyone cared about the EUFA Cup then.
But now we're arrogant enough to consider it not worth trying for?
Wobble your head.

Wayne Bridge on his own.

We have a large, deep squad, built for Europe. We can compete on all fronts & would be the Europa favorites, whether or not we will give it a go depends on if Bobby falls back on the "tired" excuse.
We are not really in a position to look down our noses at a winnable trophy IMO. A place in the semi-final should be minimum expectation.

We wasn't leading the prem by five points! What would you consider the priority?

I would consider it a priority to win as many trophies as we are able to.

I'm not sure that's the reason for the dismissal shown towards the Europa League. Two years ago we weren't Premiership title contenders - this season we are and I for one do not want the Thursday night games, which leave less time for recovery before the following weekend's league fixtures, to interfere with our title tilt

I would consider it a priority to win as many trophies as we are able to.
In which order would you prioritise said trophies?

Of course the League is the priority, but the other huge teams don't have this problem. Just saying, if we take this serious we will win without any trouble a Euro trophy, because the only team that looked good this season in Euro League was Stoke. And then we go to Prague, for the European Supercup.
I miss a european trophy, don't you?
Imho: League>Europe>FA>Carling.

The kids should be on the B list & eligible either way.
Wouldn't throw the competition completely, but resting Silva & others is a no brainer.

Cool, for me league, fa, Europa, carling. But if the travelling involved in Europa has an impact on either of the first two I'd rather play the kids. Spoilt? Maybe, but that's the position we currently find ourselves in. My opinion only.
