There's a barcode on the east side of the ticket. Just put that under the scanners.

Why have they discontinued accesscards out of interest? I know bluecards etc are available.

On the east side? How do you know which direction the person is standing?

I assume he'd be holding the ticket the right way up, ie northways. The barcode is on the right.

Cheers

At first this summer I thought we folk who can only travel occasionally had to buy a £10 blue membership card (due to lack of info on the website), but on ringing the club (in the summer) I found out this was not the case.

Access cards have been discontinued - I dont know the reason, maybe the cost is higher, or people lost them or something, or maybe it fits in better with current systems - and paper tickets are issued now for anyone else who buys a ticket without a paid membership of some sort.

The ticket has a barcode at the end which just fits into the scanner on the turnstyle. For anyone really incapable there are of course friendly stewards poised by every gate to assist.
