A view of us from an Arsenal fan.

Looks like City's fans are desperate to justify their club as being other than an abomination and everything that is wrong with football. A small time club which got lucky with Arab oil money and did nothing to deserve it. Truly sh1tty little club and they will be back in the first division once their owners get bored of them.

I want City to nail these arrogant fuckers on Sunday.

I want us to win too, but cannot bring myself to kick a team when they are down so gonna wish them all good luck too:-)

Arsenal fans are mad at their bad fortune as of late and take it out on the easiest target (us).

Disgusting.

small club!!! still make ten times more noise than those fookers. Nasri ripped the shit out of them about how silent and crap the atmos is at their gaff. It actually made them look even worse when they tried showing us all that they can create an atmos when they just repeated 'we love you Arsenal we do' over and over again..made them look hopeless.

Is it true they have cushioned seats?? what a fookin joke!!

2 teams. Both owned by billionaires. One owner spends. The other does not. And somehow we are the assholes.

This view is echoed around the 'bigger' clubs and I believe it's for 2 reasons. 1 is that we are now a genuine threat, the other is jealousy.

If it was their team who had struck lucky and had an owner like ours, then I can guarantee they would be exactly as we are.

The way I look at it is, we have gone from one of the most loved clubs to quite possibly the most hated. The only reason for that is because we are now a 'big' club and will turn most teams over.

I just sit back and laugh at them all

A Mario knee slide is the only cure.

Or a Kolo/Nasri Poznan in front of their fans?

Half a dozen goals might help put them in their place.

Add a Van Persie groin strain and we could have Crying gooners.

Why do people think the Sheik is going to get bored? Do they seriously think he's going to put a billion quid into the club AND LOCAL AREA and then just think "fuck that, I'm bored shitless with this lot. I'll buy fucking Yeovil or summat". The Sheik is here to stay so people had better get fucking used to it.

I wonder how much Arsenal's wonderful owners, past and present, have milked out of the club? I think David Dein made a few bob.

I think that is an issue that some of our fans are finding hard to accept.

Am i right in thinking they haven't won a trophy since the 04/05 season?

I reckon we will win the CL before they pick up another trophy.

That prodded a few thoughts in Lev's addled brain.

The first point is that we aren't owned by an individual like Abramovic, we are owned by an organisation: ADUG.

That leads me to the second point. ADUG won't walk from City because they get bored. They might for business reasons, but that applies to every other owner.

Third, AUG have put far too much money into City already, and plan to put much more in, for them to walk away on a whim. They'll want their money back, and the only way that'll happen is if the club is successful and self-sustaining. But if it is, why sell? Only if they are desparate. Furthermore, the City project is not a plaything. ADUG seem very serious in their attitude and plans.

Finally, so what if the Sheikh gets bored. It's a family concern. If he wants to do something else, all he does is go to the family. No doubt to be told, "No problem son, your little brother Ibrahim needs to get experience running a business that size. Off you go and good luck". No problem for us either.

You don't even have to go that far. Just look at it as if he/they did walk away right now what would they leave behind? With everything we have in place we don't have to worry for a fair few years.
