Rag Propoganda in Action

Postby Ted Hughes » Sat Dec 17, 2011 2:08 am

I was just listening to part 2 of Mancini's preview/presser for the Arsenal game on the OS. At the moment, the only way I can see it is to go to the end of pat 1, then it comes up in the list on the screen. It will probably be easier to get to it tomorrow. Anyhow, if you see it, just listen to those wankers trying to force Bob to say he's worried about Utd so they can print it. Pushing their team over & over, trying to help perpetuate the myth of their invincibility. It's so obvious surely even the most ostrich like folk on here will be able to notice it.

It really winds me up.

Here's the link to part one, with Bob on good form.

Even without looking at it I can guess it's the muppet who used to be on Granada Reports. He's obviously a Rag and because he's now on Sky he gets the most air-time in the presser's. He's the one who was told not to ask about Carlos yet decided he'd dive in anyway only to be shot down by Mancini - he came out with some comment about '...being told off by his mum...' - but still carried on regardless.

Mancini will have noted their baiting and I think he actually likes it; mind games and all that. Luckily, he doesn't fall for it and instead throws it back at them by passing their comments and instead throwing a few more thoughts into the interview.

I was wondering about us v the rags. With it being the first FA cup game of the campaign it would normally be like £15 and £5 for kids. But with it also being the scum will they take the piss and try charging £30/£40.

I thought that was just CC. I'm well chuffed with a £15 derby if it applies to the fa cup aswell.

On a semi related note, does being in the CL cup scheme transfer over the europa or do i need to join a new scheme?.

Let's hope it doesn't snow, I'd hate for it to be called off.

Let's not get paranoid.

They are asking about utd because rivalry creates headlines and the revival of us means the press has got alot more juice to drain from this rivalry.

Just as they ask Ferguson about us all the time on their press conferences.
