But burst every sinew they have trying to beat us.Take QPR today almost the identical team that played us a few weeks back but not half the passion or fight. It just gets to me that these teams fight like fuck against us but just bend over and take one up the shitter when playing the rags.

I was thinking about this today and realised (I could be wrong) that in this case, and a fair few others, that it's all down to squad depth. This is he tme when the games, and league position start to catch up with teams with a small squad, playing their players over and over again in every game whereas teams like United, Chelsea etc have a real squad depth - Bothroyd epitomises this.

Don't get me wrong, I'm no Rag apologist and believe many lie down but in a few cases now I just think they aren't mentally or physically there.

I was thinking exactly the same thing when watching QPR vs rags. Really pisses me off - I'm just hoping that one day it will be us who teams roll over for

Absolutely right mate, it's just been going on for years. Managers are to busy shopping for vino than sorting their team out. Warnock played Bothroyd today instead of Taarrarrabt, which goes to show how managers can play the cards. I just wonder if he played the 'City fucked you' card to Shaun and Joey?

Reduced to watching MOTD tonight thanks to a corrupt full match rip I wasted two hours downloading, and Jonathon Pierce is dribbling on about the Rags "sending a message to City". Sending a message by beating that shit? Fuck's sake. Arsenal gave everything today - they might as well have sat down in the centre circle had sandwiches against the Scum. We're not only having to win our games, it looks a lot like several other sides are determined to hand over the points to our closest rivals too.

The day that people start to realise that United are not unbeatable will be the day they are beat regularly, all these 1-0 wins are down to too much respect and not enough self belief.

Warnock said before the game that they'd played Chelsea & City but 'there's something special about playing Utd; an extra blah, blah, blah, suck, snivel etc '. His players responded to that by letting in a goal after 50 odd seconds.

Had rags played a decent team since the 6-1 chances are they would have lost. Instead they've had a parade of non entities & Ferguson sucking managers falling over themselves to play the twats back into form; with overwhelming support from the media. They are incredibly stuffy bastards. They are going to fucking need to be, all season, as we are not going anywhere.

This.

Imho, Moses or Mcleish and even the elephant man are managers that hope that Fergie will put a good word for them, as his future replacement and they don't want to upset him. This thing goes on an on for years and this season will be the same.
I started to convince myself not to expect much when they play with smaller teams.

He also said at the end that even if they'd have shut-up shop they still wouldn't have got anything out of the game. Well Neil, if you'd have at least got someone in front of Carrick then at least he wouldn't have been able to waltz through for his goal.

Warnock's mentality in this game goes to show how easy the Rags get their points, lying down just so they can get the words of wisdom with an after-match vino.

They may have played a tight game if they hadn't been a goal down after 50 seconds though. The players came out, were on edge, & fucked up. That had been helped by Warnock making it into an occasion & a big game, rather than just 3 points.

With Everton, Villa, Swansea and Qpr, they scored in the first 5 minutes and then we had 80 minutes and more of pathetic performance from every above team.

Rags always try to come flying out of the traps & if you watch, they are expending loads of energy. When a lower league team does that in the cup, the sages always say 'they can't keep this up'. Neither can the rags. They calm down, then they have a second wind later in the game. Most teams go 'oh god we're playing Manchester Utd', fuck up & concede a goal.

We didn't & neither did Barca.

Maybe it will all come salong and bite them in the bum soon when they face a decent team. Their last 3 games have been gimmees. Villa were beyond pathetic and just didnt compete at all. Wolves didnt turn up for the first half by which time it was too late and then QPR do the same ,giving a goal away almost before the game has started. It was expected they would win each one but the fact they were made so easy might just lull them into a false sense of security. It certainly has with pundits and some fans.

Trouble is no matter how galling it all is,the scum havent looked that good and havent been that good but they are 2 points behind us after the best start the prem has seen and we have been playing magnificently.

Am hopeful Fulham will at least give them a game on Weds, as between Xmas and New Year they have 2 knock-over home games in Wigan and Blackburn. The only hope is that Blackburn sack that fool in charge and make it a different game.

With Blackburn v Bolton on Tues eve, the loser of that game has to get the bullet.

The Roy Keanes interview in yesterdays Sunday Times gives some home truth insights. He says Fergusons philosophy is all about power and control inside and outside the club and that he puts his interests first.

He quotes Roberto Martinez who suggested a year or two ago how certain managers were in Fergusons pocket. A claim later retracted as being misinterpreted. But Keane goes on to say that you see it. "Ex players and even managers like lapdogs around him nodding their heads." "My attitude is that like everyone else, I'm entitled to my opinion but it's as though you can't have a go at certain people, you can't defend yourself [against them].

"You see mangers interviewed after their team has beaten Chelsea or Arsenal 'We've won and Fergie will be delighted, maybe a bottle of wine will be on its way to me now'. You work that one out."

I haven't read this interview but I heard a bunch of journos talking about it on the radio. The quotes they picked were just about Keane whinging about his time at OT & they backed Ferguson to the hilt, & from the quotes they gave, it was hard to strongly disagree with them. I didn't hear them mention any of this stuff, which is far more interesting & it's so fucking typical of arse licking Ferguson sucking journos, that they had a whole show to themselves didn't make more of it. Gutless ,bent, wankers. I 'll seek out a transcript & read it for myself seeing as those fuckers edited it.
