just been on talksport talking about the derby, and they asked him about his health he said he was asked to attend an awareness campaign for prostrate cancer organised by vickky kloss and another lady who works for the club, while he was at a bupa hospital in manchester he had a check done and discovered he had it hes ok now hes clear, but would,nt have known only for this campaign he was promoting, the test he had was a psa test, he said he had no symptons before hed taken the test, and he encouraged every man between 45 and 60 to have this done it basically saved his life.

That reminds me of when my Doc said he was going to check my prostate gland some years ago...I thought all my glands were in the throat and neck area....DID I GET A SUPRISE!!!

Now I've got older, lots of my mates have prostate trouble of one sort or another. You'd be surprised how common this stuff is. Get checked it can be treated if found early enough.

my father has it and has been clean a year after radiation treatments. All too common and scary stuff in the heat of the moment.

A fella I know uses poppers before getting his prostate checked, he's had some trouble in that area too.

also, my doctor likes to chat me up a lot while he checks my prostate, and i find it unnerving. He once called it "the most fun part of the exam for both of us" (jokingly i thought at the time). However, i haven't switched doctors yet because of this. Do i need to press a little deeper here on the issue?
