I thought this deserved it's own thread.
I'm assuming now the FA are going to review the Johnson 'tackle' at the end and give him a 3-match ban for violent conduct or serious foul play.

Was actually a worse challenge - his studs were up where Kompany's were down. Neither deserved a red though.

I hope not because neither of his nor Kompany's should have been fouls.
The chance for any semblance of justice flew away yesterday and we have just got to make the best of it. Losing our principles is not what we want to be doing, I feel, and trying to get others suspended is a rag trait, cf that rotund cunt on Sunday.

Mancini has just brought it up in the interview. Well played Bob. You did something right tonight.

I agree mate - and I don't want to see this in football.
But this is the position the FA have put themselves in now with their ridiculous decision to ban Kompany.

Have to hand it to the FA, one red card has managed to cripple City in at least two competitions. Amazing the impact a wayward decision here and there can do.

Just to confirm, Kompany's tackle WASN'T two footed. When we was on the deck his feet were so far apart from each other he may as well have been doing the splits. Johnson's tackle WAS two footed all the way through to touching the ball.

Nothing will happen, Lawro said it was worse than Kompany's, and we know he is never right.

No mention on the sky site about any 2 footed tackle, so it did not happen.

Anyone who says that's not a red card; you're fucking thick! Could have snapped his leg, but for an inch or so.
