Man Of The Match v Spurs

Postby King Kev » Sun Jan 22, 2012 5:17 pm

Difficult one today but my vote goes to Gareth Barry.

I said when I saw the team that a lot would depend on him today and he didn't let us down.

Nasri for me, just. Very close call.

Some really promising signs that Nasri is coming in to form.

Shouts for Milner, Barry, Micah and Clichy.

Also went for Nasri. Mostly because I was so glad to see him really putting a shift in and playing some great football.

Thought Joleon has stepped up to the plate in Vinnie's absence so he gets my vote today

Silva for me - Richards fairly close, didn't want to give it to a defender when we let two in though. Aguero was a standout player too.

Webb's game hasnt finished yet. If he bottles it and we end up with a ban for any of our players he gets none out of ten.

Thought we had a few good players today without an actual great performance. Richards,Lescott,Nasri,Barry but I will go for Nasri this time for general good play and a top goal.Definitely getting better and settling in .

I'll go for Barry although I thought all of our midfield was better than theirs even though we weren't at our best on the ball. His reading of the game was superb though, much better than the bloke who gets his England shirt.

Two people have voted for Dzeko.

I can only conclude, Dzeko & his wife are members on here.
