Mmmm ! Skrtel to spend most of his time 'roughing up' Edin, both get red carded and Liverpool go into 10 man defense mode.

Is there a decent ref in England at all ?

Dowd.... booked five city players in the Charity shield. ( Kolo, Yaya, James, Edin ,Micah).
Dowd.... booked four players in the 5-1 victory at Spurs ! (Zabs. Gareth, Yaya and Stefan).
Dowd.... booked one player against Blackburn (Zabs).
Dowd.... booked two players against Arsenal ( Gareth and Sergio).

something tells me he's due a Red card against us..... I hope I'm wrong.

Although I can't think , for the life of me who he might target ( probably Balo will be out). Zabba ?, Stefan ?

Mike Dean is probably the best ref around at the moment.

Yes, he didn't give us any cards the one time he reffed this season (Swansea game). Maybe that's why he's not been back ?

In the FA Cup Semi last year pretty much every ref would have bottled giving Scholes a red for his studs up challenge on Zab, but Dean didn't. It seems like he's the only one who isn't scared of Purplenose.

thats very true he also gave the pen against berbatov when he brought down yakubu at the swamp at purple ones birthday party, on new years eve when rovers did em 3-2 after match interview with taggart went like this what did you think of the penalty decision in the first half sir alex, well that goes on every week in the premiership and nothings given, just about sums up the refs performance on the day.

Cant see a thread on it and I cant start one.
The ref for Everton is Peter Walton, nightmare! He and Atwell are the worst refs in the PL plus he hates us.
He has refereed us 5 times since the takeover (4 times at home) our record with him is 0 wins, 3 draws, and 2 losses.
You start to wonder if its "fixed"

Whether he supports them off the pitch or not, he certainly gives them (& Liverpool) plenty of support on it.

He was so terrible. Once we got away with a foul, twice he called play on for the dippers for non existent fouls, our non pen, their pen that shouldn't have been given. But the piece de resistance was Kolyrovs yellow card for getting fouled. So ridiculous Kolly could only laugh about it.

What a total cunt.
